On Saturday, we went to visit my sister's family and see the new little pigs. This little piggy likes to smell David's feet and he wasn't too sure about any of it. He made sure to keep an eye of the little pigs the entire time we were in the barn. I suggested that maybe the pigs should be named bacon, burgers, and tenderloin, but the management team didn't agree. :-)
David's feeling much better -- today marks four weeks since surgery. The first two weeks were pretty bad, the third week was better, and now I'd say he's back to normal. He now likes his new day care. The first two weeks he wasn't too sure about it, but today was much better when I left him. He cries a little, but puts his arms out to the day care workers. This day care is a much better match for him too -- the diapers tell the story! Mom is slowly getting back in the swing of things too -- we're getting better on sleeping all night too! David is also beginning to talk more -- he's trying to say banana and has learned the name "Laura" from a friend's daughter who coached him while I mowed one afternoon.
